Fall Printmaking Workshop at Ecusta Market

Make your own hand-carved print!

Come spend a cozy evening learning the basics of linocut printmaking and creating your own handmade prints. This workshop is inspired by the colors, textures, and little joys of fall—but you get to choose what you want to carve and print.

Maybe you want to make an apple, a mushroom, a leafy branch, or a little fall scene. Or maybe you have an entirely different idea in mind! I'll guide you through the process from start to finish, so you can create a design that's uniquely yours.

No previous printmaking experience is necessary. We'll cover the basics of transferring a design, carving your linoleum block, inking, and pulling your first prints. You'll have plenty of time to experiment and make a print to take home.

You'll leave with:

• Your own hand-carved linocut block

• A small edition of your finished prints

• The skills and confidence to keep printmaking at home

All materials are provided, and I'll have plenty of fall-inspired ideas and examples to get you started if you need a little creative direction.
